Terms of use
Terms for using Des Moines Business Loans
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Des Moines Business Loans website. By visiting or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and the Funding Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. “Operator” means the person or organization responsible for maintaining and providing the Site.

1. Acceptance and eligibility
Using the Site, viewing its pages, or submitting the conversation-starter form indicates that you have read and accept these Terms, as updated from time to time. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. If you use the Site for a business or another person, you represent that you have authority to do so.
2. Informational service only
The Site provides general business-funding information, educational material, and qualification guidance for businesses in and around Des Moines, Iowa. Content is intended to help visitors prepare for a conversation and think through financing questions; it is not a personalized financial plan or a promise that any particular financing option is suitable.
The Site operates as an independent business loan broker and business financing broker, not a direct lender. It helps businesses understand financing options and may connect qualified businesses with third-party financing providers. It does not make loans or make the provider’s final credit decisions. The quote form is not an application and does not run a credit check. Submitted lead details are securely sent to the broker’s server and delivered by AgentMail to the broker’s designated Gmail address for follow-up; AgentMail may process the message as an email delivery provider. The Site does not offer paid plans or process payments.
3. No offer, approval, or guaranteed result
Nothing on the Site is a credit offer, commitment, approval, pre-approval, application, term sheet, or promise of funding. No funding amount, rate, term, fee, timing, qualification result, or outcome is guaranteed. Any later discussion with a third party would be separate and would be subject to that party’s own application, verification, underwriting, and written terms.
4. Information you provide
If you use the form or contact the operator, provide information that is accurate, current, and not misleading to the best of your knowledge. Do not submit another person’s information without permission. You remain responsible for reviewing the information you share and for deciding whether to pursue any financing conversation.
5. Permitted and prohibited use
You may use the Site for lawful, personal or internal business research and to learn about general financing considerations. You may not:
- Use the Site or its form for fraud, deception, impersonation, harassment, or an unlawful purpose.
- Submit malicious code, attempt to interfere with the Site, or bypass security or access controls.
- Scrape, crawl, copy, reproduce, or systematically extract Site content except as permitted by law or with written permission.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover non-public source code or systems.
- Use Site content to make an automated lending, credit, or eligibility decision about another person.
- Misrepresent the Site, the operator, or a relationship with a lender, broker, adviser, or other provider.
6. Intellectual property
The Site’s text, design, layout, logos, branding, graphics, and other materials are owned by or used with permission by the operator or their respective rights holders. Subject to these Terms, you may view the Site and make a limited personal or internal business use of its content. No ownership is transferred to you, and any rights not expressly granted are reserved by the applicable rights holder.
You may not remove ownership notices or use the Des Moines Business Loans name or branding in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without permission.
7. Third-party links and services
The Site may refer to or link to third-party websites, lenders, products, tools, or service providers. Those third parties operate independently and have their own terms, privacy practices, fees, underwriting standards, and eligibility rules. A link or reference is not an endorsement, guarantee, partnership, or recommendation, and the operator is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or decisions.
8. Availability and changes to the Site
The operator may add, remove, correct, or change Site content and may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Site. The Site may be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting issues, security events, or circumstances outside the operator’s control. No uptime, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation is promised.
9. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided for general information on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims warranties that the content is complete, current, accurate, suitable for your circumstances, or free from errors or harmful components. The Site is not financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or credit-repair advice, and you should consult an appropriately qualified professional before making a material business or financing decision.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill arising from or related to the Site, information on it, a linked third-party service, or your use or inability to use the Site. For direct losses that cannot be disclaimed, the operator’s total liability will be limited to the amount you paid specifically for access to the Site during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; the Site currently has no paid access. This section does not limit liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
11. Limited indemnity
You agree to reimburse the operator for a third-party claim and reasonable, documented costs only to the extent they directly result from your intentional misuse of the Site or your violation of applicable law or these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the operator’s own negligence, willful misconduct, or conduct that caused the claim, and it does not expand any liability beyond what applicable law permits.
12. Changes to these Terms
The operator may revise these Terms when the Site or its practices change. The “Last updated” date will identify the current version. Your continued use after revised Terms are posted indicates acceptance of the updated Terms. If a change materially affects your use, review the revised Terms before continuing to use the Site.
13. Termination and access restriction
You may stop using the Site at any time. The operator may restrict or end access, without creating an obligation to keep the Site available, when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, users, or third parties, or to address misuse, security concerns, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including disclaimers, limitations, intellectual-property terms, and obligations arising from prior misuse—will continue after access ends.
14. Applicable law and general terms
These Terms are subject to the applicable law governing the relevant activity and claim, including any mandatory Iowa law that applies to this Iowa-focused Site. If a provision is found unenforceable, it should be narrowed or removed only as much as necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. No waiver is effective unless the operator makes it expressly.
15. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be directed by phone to (515) 444-5837.
