Funding disclaimer
What the broker can—and cannot—promise about funding
Des Moines Business Loans is an independent business loan broker and business financing broker. It helps businesses understand options and may connect qualified businesses with third-party financing providers. This page explains important limits on that service and information. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional, and reading it does not create a professional-client relationship.

1. Broker, not direct lender
The Site and its operator are an independent business loan broker and business financing broker, not a direct lender. The broker helps businesses understand potential options and may connect qualified businesses with third-party financing providers. The broker does not make loans, make final credit decisions, repair credit, or provide financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or credit-repair advice tailored to complete circumstances.
Using the Site, completing the form, or calling (515) 444-5837 does not create a fiduciary, financial-advisory, agency, lender-borrower, attorney-client, accountant-client, or tax-adviser relationship. It does not require the broker or any third-party provider to offer financing.
2. No application or offer
The Site’s conversation-starter form is not a credit application. Submitted lead details are securely sent to the broker’s server and delivered by AgentMail to the broker’s designated Gmail address for follow-up; AgentMail may process the message as an email delivery provider. The form does not run a credit check. Nothing on the Site is an offer, commitment, approval, pre-approval, term sheet, or promise that funding will be available.
3. General qualification information
Examples of qualification considerations on the Site—such as time in business, revenue, cash flow, credit history, industry, collateral, or documentation—are general and may not apply to every product or business. Each lender or provider may use different criteria, may change those criteria without notice, and may require verification, additional information, a credit report, or a personal guarantee.
Any qualification guidance is educational context only. It is not a prediction of approval and should not be treated as a determination of eligibility.
4. No guarantees
The operator does not guarantee funding, approval, qualification, a particular amount, rate, term, cost, lender, product, decision, closing date, or outcome. A business may be declined or may receive terms that differ from its expectations. Past examples, general ranges, or statements about what businesses commonly experience are not promises about your result.
5. Credit checks and underwriting
The current Site does not run a credit check and does not perform underwriting. A credit check, identity verification, document review, or underwriting process may occur only if you separately authorize it later with a lender or other provider through that provider’s own process and disclosures. Review any authorization carefully before agreeing.
6. Rates, terms, and costs
Interest rates, factor rates, repayment schedules, fees, collateral requirements, guarantees, prepayment terms, total cost of capital, and other terms depend on the product, provider, market, and your verified circumstances. They can change and may be materially different from any illustration or general information on the Site. Obtain and review the provider’s complete written disclosures before accepting financing, and compare the total cost and repayment obligation rather than relying on a single rate or payment figure.
7. Responsible borrowing
Borrowing can increase a business’s obligations and may affect cash flow, assets, owners, or guarantors. Consider whether a financing obligation fits your budget, expected revenue, existing debt, and risk tolerance. Do not borrow more than the business can reasonably repay. Consider discussing a proposed transaction with a qualified financial professional and reviewing the provider’s agreement with an attorney before signing.
8. Tax, legal, and accounting questions
The Site does not provide tax, legal, accounting, investment, or financial-planning advice. Financing may have tax, reporting, security, guarantee, entity, and contractual consequences that depend on your facts and location. Ask a qualified attorney, tax professional, accountant, or other appropriate adviser before relying on information for a consequential decision.
9. Third-party providers
A lender, referral source, software provider, or other third party may have its own eligibility rules, disclosures, privacy policy, fees, conflicts, and agreements. The operator does not control and is not responsible for a third party’s representations, rates, underwriting, conduct, products, security, availability, or results. A link, local reference, name, or description does not mean that the operator endorses or guarantees the third party.
10. Local references
References to Des Moines, Iowa, and nearby communities describe the Site’s geographic focus and the audience for its general information. They do not mean that the operator has a physical office, storefront, lending license, or in-person presence at any stated location.
11. Testimonials and results
If testimonials, case studies, examples, or results are ever added to the Site, they will be illustrative and may not represent typical or expected results. Individual experiences depend on facts that may not be comparable to yours. No testimonial or result should be understood as a guarantee.
12. Contact
For questions about this Funding Disclaimer or the Site’s general information, call (515) 444-5837. A call does not create an application, credit authorization, or guarantee of a financing result.
